Curricular Themed Displays

Curricular Themed Displays

Primary 3/4 have been working on many curricular themes and have enjoyed showcasing their learning through displays in their classroom and the corridor.   They have been learning about the Rainforests, their location and about the lives of people and animals who live in those areas.
They have also been studying the novel Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dahl which has helped to develop their Reciprocal Reading skills.

Also. Primary 3/4 have been involved with Routes of Empathy, which is a serious of lessons whereby a baby visits the class on a regular basis and the pupils observe any changes in the baby as she grows.  Baby Lauren  has visited the class on numerous occasions and this has helped the young pupils learn about wants and needs, but also how emotions develop.

Here are some examples of their work
